If you need to change the card you are using to make payment for your subscription please follow the steps below:
1 - Please contact our Financial Department at email@example.com to inform them that you need to change your card details;
2 - Your current subscription will be cancelled and a new link will be sent to your email;
3 - Enter your new card information and billing address;
4 - Click "Pay Now" to update the card details;
5 - You will receive an email confirmation that we have cancelled the use of your old card details and set up a new payment agreement.
Please be aware that no money will be charged immediately to your new card when you update the details. We will use the new card details when your next subscription payment is due.
We advise you to call your bank after the entire process to confirm it has been cancelled indeed.
